22r carburetor?

22r carburetor?
I have a 83 carbed 22r motor in my sons truck that I am wanting to upgrade the carb on. We have recenly completely gone throught the motor and have everything but the carb up to date. I am now wondering what carburetor to choose.
The only mods we have are an RV cam and a header. Everything else is stock. This is a daily driver and a weekend toy so the carb must be efficient and reliable.
I have seen 3 diferent carbs available all of which are weber. The 32/36, the 34 and the 38. I would prefer to not do alot of tuning since this is a daily driver but I do have the experience to set it up initially. My question is which one to choose and are there other options available?
I have tried searching this forum for a recommendation and have found several tips on tuning and preping one for the trail but not on which one is preffered. Hopefully I didn't miss something.
Thanks for the help.

I just replaced the stock carb on mine with a 32/36 and it was extremely easy to get accomplished. I just printed the procedure out that I retrieved from weber carbs direct and followed it exactly. This included the idle as well as the lean idle mixture. Other than that, you just have to make sure that you get the gaskets and the mounting plates sealed up well. I used a lot of copper gasket sealer spray to make everything real "tacky". The only thing I have not gotten adjusted quite right yet is the electric choke.
Moving forward from the upgrade, the truck runs better and smoother than it ever has before. It also cleaned up under the hood quite a bit because of the small air cleaner and the lack of vaccum lines. I have not noticed a big increase in power, but I wasn't really expecting one.

I have a 38/38 on my 4runner and it has a good increase in power as long as you have other mods to support it (Cam, header, etc). Downsides to this carb are that my mileage isnt as great, i need to adjust the tuning between summer/winter here in MN, and it can be hard to get the adapter plates to seal up. This is easy enough to fix, just get some gasket materials and use the originals as patterns.
