1999 Coil swap w/ Bilstein shocks -front end looks higher

Hey fellow members, just wanted to start by saying that I love this forum for all the great information and the helpful members. I installed 1999 coils and Bilstein HD shocks in my 1998 4Runner yesterday and now the front appears to be sitting higher. This is not the first time I have done the '99 tall coil swap. The first time I did it was in 2009 but I kept the stock Tokico shocks. Over the past years the stock shocks didn't hold up so well (used in front and new ones in rear) so I decided to go for Bilsteins based on the reviews. I figured since I was going to have the shocks changed, I might as well get a fresh set of '99 coils that I found cheap on eBay (all 4 coils came from the same '99 Limited model). I checked the installation and everything appears to be installed correctly. The work was done by a reputable shop. I am running 31" x 10.5" tires on 15x8 rims.

This being said, I am wondering:

-Does the front need some time to settle before it's level?
-Is the rake really that bad or am I seeing things?
-If the rake is that bad, what size rear coil spacers should I get? I am leaning towards 1.5".

The truck has 377K kms on it so I don't know how much life is left in the truck otherwise I would go for OME 906. I don't tow or carry heavy loads. I mostly go offroad for mountain biking, fishing or bird hunting.

Here are some pictures for reference:

March 2010 (notice the wheel gap wasn't as big as it is now)
