Tuning weber 32/36 DGEV

Does anyone know how to tune the fuel/air mixture on a weber 32/36 DGEV?
I would think that it is the same on a DGAV.
Im getting like 13mpg and trying to figure out what the deal is
Heres my build

'79 toyota longbed
35" BFG at's
welded rear
5" skyjackers
4.88 gears
22R engine with headers and magnaflow exhaust

give me any suggestions you have for the mpg
thanks

I don't think you can really tell what your true gas mileage is because of your tires, I only have 31" tires and my speedo is 5 mph off. I would turn the mixture screws out 1 3/4 out.
