I just bought a set of fiberglass fenders from www.toyotafiberglass.com and they look excellent. I have yet to put them on, since I have to wait a bit for the temperature to warm up.
I will be doing an article with pics when I do, but don't expect that until the spring.

Stock replacement. I don't have massive wheels and tires or nor do I plan on going that route. They look identical to stock, except for a seam that I have to smooth and fill. Once they're painted, I doubt you'd be able to tell them apart.

I dunno if those fenders would solve all of your problems, maybe a small body lift, and some different backspacing on your wheels would help.
I'd get some fiberglass replacement ones, if I had money, and if my 4Runner's paint wasn't so bad... I don't want to paint the fenders and have those be the only non scratched part on my rig... and it's tough to get black to blend just perfect.

well they did rub bad but i cut out my fenders a little and now they dont rub but the fenders already have some dents so i want to get the high clearance fenders so it will have a nice and clean look and my paint is pretty good so it shouldnt be too hard to get everything matched up pretty good

You might even be able to pick them up and not have to worry about the shipping.

honestly i think they are all a waste of money unless your a desert racer they arent really meant for wheeling i had the toyota fiberglass ones and put a huge crack in them my first time out then sold them. you could buy a lot more useful stuff with the money it costs to get glass fenders.
and i'm POSITIVE .. you didnt buy http://www.toyotafiberglass.com fenders , because we dont "ship from washington" . We're in Canada , and i'm pretty sure we havent shipped any to you
.
