Hesitation under heavy acceleration

I know this has been brought up many times. I've done everything I have read and can think of. The only thing I haven't tried to fix the problem is replacing the brand new Bosch +2 plugs with NGK. I bought the plugs and wires before reading everything here on the forum. I have also cleaned the MAF, checked for vac leaks and replaced the TPS. Could the Bosch plugs be causing the hesitation during hard acceleration? The problem is at 3k to 4k rpm range. I have done all that I can without a diagnostic tool. I have one available to me, but not for another week or so. Any help here would be appreciated.

Ditto......that should be the very FIRST thing you do (OEM dual electrode Denso or NGK's only!!!!!). Clean the MAF with brake cleaner and air dry. Also thoroughly clean the throttle body with an old toothbrush and some "sensor safe" carb cleaner. After that post back and tell us where you stand.

I'm getting Autozone to take the Bosch plugs back. They have the NGK's in stock, so I'm getting those today. I'll get back to you guys soon to let you know what this does for me.

Got the NGK's in this evening. I have only driven 6 miles since, but I think it's cured. After I log some more miles, I'll post again.

Yes! Hesitation is GONE! I have since found out that Chevy's suffer the same problems with these plugs. Who knows what other vehicles do as well. Imagine the people who go on assuming that expensive Bosch plugs couldn't be bad for their engines. Without this forum I may have been one of those people. Thanks guys.

The new Bosch o2 sensor has since been pulled out and replaced with a Denso. I don't think I'll buy anymore Bosch products, at least not for my Toyota.
