Computerized alignment will most likely fix it as long as the tre's and bj's are in good shape. And you're also correct to wait until you get your new tires to get it sel as it will align differently...

From my experience, the 4" bracket 3" bl combination was fine.

Now on the other hand, the 4" bracket, 3" bl, 1.5" bj spacer was scary. Once I took out the bj spacers it rode great.

You'll probably need a little more than just the 4" bracket lift to run those tires. Throw in a 3" body lift with it and you might be ok. You might still have to trim a little but it would be close....

I think it would be better to fab up the parts and then just take them to a welding shop to have it welded on. Otherwise your bumper will be for cosmetics only.
