Interested in hearing more about the swap from auto 22re to 5speed 22re

Im in the process of getting all the necessary parts together and I have a few questions.

I have a 5speed trans a Tcase and newer 22re to put in,

Heres my parts list and im not sure if certain things are necessary:

-5speed ECU ?
-Wiring harness?
-subframe brace with manual trans mount
-5speed driveshaft.
-clutch master,slave,and line
-manual pedal assembly

Is there anything Im missing, or is not necessary?
I noticed that you were able to jump your reverse signal line to the neutral switch to get the truck to start.. If you could give me some details on the swap, that would be excellent.

Hey, I did decided to part oit the 4runner. Finally figured out it had eaten a few vales so rather rhen messing with an engine Id part it. Thanks for the offer though!
