I've been looking for a tool box that will fit my Toyota bed. Was curious where you got yours.

Nice, I love to get out on the Island myself. Let me know when you're heading out there again, my truck loves the deep sand, haven't gotten stuck yet. Text me anytime, 956-266-8361.

I'm new to toyotas and have only had my 88' for maybe a month now. Not new to 4x4's. Already owned 3 silverados and 3 jeeps. As far as mud goes i know a bunch of spots in the bayview area and holly beach that i used to wheel. But to be honest not really into the mud thing anymore. My toyotas gonna be built for spi sand. As far as mods go.. It came with tool box, new set of 32 all terrains, cb, rebuilt motor, cold air intake, headers, off road lights and optima battery. my plans are gears, lockers, BJ spacers, torsion crank, some shocks, and tube bumpers.

So where do you wheel your rig? I'd like to find a buddy to go offroading with, kinda scared to go off in the mud without anyone there to pull me out...What mods have you done to yours lately?

Hey Rob, i've done a budget lift by cranking the torsion bars tight and adding some 3" lift blocks in the back, and bolted on some 32's on black rock crawler style rims..that's about it for now. I bought a solid axle that i'd like to swap into the front, and am working on getting some bigger tires for now. My plans in the immediate future are to re-gear the axles, and get some kind of wicked front bumper to mount a winch and some lights.
