I have a 95 4runner, and I've got the same heater issue you had. I've read the posts about yours and you finished with the relay being the issue. Right now I've replaced the fuse, have a resisitor that looks fine, my blower works when directly connected to the battery, and I took out the switch and cleaned it up, none of which has got my heater running. Can you quickly tell me about your relay and how you fixed yours?
