Hey Daniel,
The SR5 cluster uses two #74's (one for oil pressure and water temp, one for volt meter and gas guage)
And three 194's for the tach and speedo.
And like I said:
The heater controls take 1 #74
all the warning lights, ashtray light, ignition ring light (if you have one) are #74 bulbs
The turn signals in your cluster are #194 aswell
