Hey Matt. New to the forum and found it because my 1990 4Runner has a couple of back component issues and I was searching the net looking for solutions. My back window will go up/down from the console switch, but not from the key in the tailgate. Will your relay swap solution correct that, or is that another issue? I have replaced the switch on the key. Also, my rear wiper works, but doesn't fully retract, and the rear washer doesn't work. Each of these problems has happened over the years, but I've finally had enough! Love my truck, but I've gotta get these PITA issues fixed!! Any and all help is appreciated, and thanks in advance for whatever you can supply.

I'm a university student Simon Fraser. I like working on trucks, the outdoors and do a fair bit of fly fishing. I learned most of my mechanical skills when I was off work after a car accident. I had just bought my truck and the timing chain had snapped- I was headed back from squamish getting parts when the accident occurred. I had a tonne of time and little money, so I learned to work on the truck myself. Since then, I've worked on quite a few vehicles, but my favorite (for working on) is still the 22RE 4Runner.
