They are really 3" to start... .lift..... but will settle to 2.5" on some occasions. MEDIUM is all I would recommend unless you tow or carry CRAZY freight. Longer shackles and boom, you're at 4" lift!

Personally, I NEVER intended for that Zuk mod to be permanent... but IT DID so wonderfully that I left it on for 2 years! lol! However, there are drawbacks on any mod. The OMEmu springs were AWESOME! However, they're not long enough to deal with the beast that I'm about to be rolling.. lol..... So, I went with TG 4" lift 56" springs.... This gives me 9" longer leafs that can articulate dramatically better.... plus TG, unlike a few, seems seems to have more of a "best of bolt worlds"/regarding Weight Bearing Capacity and Flex. They are 7 leafs and an anti wrap leaf..... Again, the drawback in this realm is the front hanger has to move up 6-7" and the rear back 2-3".... Thus, needs fab. OME is DROP IN, and ....GO! Easily picked up at 4wheelparts and they at ARB-USA will be VERY helpful if you tell them what you want.

    Hey Bama.... Aka Derick.... lol....

That's a tough one, as it's largely depending on funds, ability to fabricate and or access to tools/welding equip./welder....
