I got a Pioneer Head Unit, going to put two 4" kickers in the front, I got a set for for a gift. Here are some pics of the rear pardon the mess. The truck was on a jack. None of the swap pics came out that clear

Hello,

I've a quite simply setup but it sound way better than seems written hehe

- Don't have HU, it's a carputer (car-computer). I named it 4Puter hehe. See this post for more info. (Note I don't have the Lilliput touchscreen anymore, it sucked!)
- Vieta 4x120W RMS amp.
- Hertz ESK-163S 3 Separate Way speaker system.
- JBL GTO Series 8'' Subwoofer

As I've said, my computer is my sound source, it's placed in the rear cargo area so it's pretty close to the amp that is attached to the back of the rear seat.

I've the 6'' woofers in front door panels (Custom done), 4'' mids in the front speaker location and 1'' tweeters in the custom location (Rear cargo area top) pointing to the front seats.

Sub may seem small to you that have those dual huge subs systems, but I'm pretty happy with it's sound, it's 250W RMS rated and I don't loose any cargo space as it's only 8''. With the sealed enclosure I made with MDF wood it has a sweet bass.

I can listen music (+60Gb of mp3!)

While I'm on road (Map Monkey, Destinator 3 maps)

Or off-roading (Ozi Explorer, I was in town when did the pic as can be seen in the map hehe)

You can see more pics of the audio install here

All the setup (Specially the 4Puter) was intensively tested in our trip to Morocco and the Sahara Desert. The only problem was the amp location when the seats are down, but soon I'll be doing a drawer system to solve this.
