Xtreme 4x4 toyota Rub Rails
On Xtreme 4x4 last week they were working on a Toyota PU and at the end of the episode Ian said they were going to put Rub Rails at the top of the bed. Curious to see how this looks, I"ve mashed in the side of my bed a few times while wheelin, so might be good idea to help protect things. Anyone done this or have pics of one? Just wouldn't want them hanging out there too far and would need to mount them through the bed and down to the frame.

I think Dirtco did that on his 4Runner.
I hate xtreme 4x4.....smh. Ian tied those side rails into the rear cage thing. However, you could use large plates sandwiching the sheetmetal as an alternate way of mounting. I have concidered this option
