Question draw tite winch bumper

before yall say any thing i know it has been done
i'll post some pics of what im going for and asking about as soon as the bats recharge.

i picked up a draw tite hitch earlier it didn't fit the back but did the front of the truck, drilled 2 holes to mount it so i could work with it in place. it seems to be dead center with the frame (using the same factory bumper mounting area 4 bolts,. i got it centered and leveled.

Q: i plan on using some sort of plate from the hitch to the cross frame. or try to strengthen the cross from with come C channel i have. would it still be a no no to use for winching? and will this think kill my approach angle from head on or cornering (biggest concern i have is that bitch stills sticks out a lil but to far that if feel going into another ditch it'll be the first thing to touch base

Q: can i build a bumper off of the hitch/ thinking like the trail gear winch bumper style or simular (i got sick of the ghetto booty fab bumper i had earlier

no plans on using this as a rock crawler or extreme winching, mainly doing a lot of trail cleaning and river cleaning and prob pulling my da outta mud and stuff i shouldn't have ventured into alone and as far a bumper off of it im thinking more like a brush guard but something strong enough to knock over small tree's or dead ones and take hits from falling into ditches. receiver is 3500lb and the winch i have is a champion 800l0lb from TSC i know it's over the towing limit but i doubt i'll be putting that much into winching out most i'll prob ever pull are the da's in honda's and 2wd ricer cars that slide off in the ditches when it snows made about 600$ last winter pulling ppl out
