Custom bumper installed

Hello,

Finally we have our custom bumpers in production hehehe

I've installed mine and painted it to match my two tone paint scheme.

I also put a 10000lbs winch in it and relocated the turn signals inside the marker lights.

Also installed a Hella Comet 500 driving lights with 100W bulbs, they're very very bright!

Hope you like it:

We're designing the rear ones at the moment. My snorkel head was out in the pics because I had to take it to repaint and it wasn't dry yet hehe

niice! curious though as to why you didnt make it wider to accomodate the width of your flares?

...of course dont forget to update us with your rear buildup! same route im guessing? cardboard mockup then CAD'd etc etc?

Yes, same route will be to design the rear one hehe. It will have a rear tire carrier and Hi-Lift carrier in one arm and the possibility of having another arm with jerrycan holder. I will only put the tire/jack arm because we want to design a new gas tank for going to Africa.

The bumper was near 700$ painted and all the bolts, etc. It isn't as wide as my fender flares because it's designed to fit the average 4Runner and mine is wider, but I like it as is.

drguitarum, the bumper was designed by a friend to produce them. He began with 4Runners because he has one 2.4TD and in the Spanish 4Runner forum a lot of people have bring the truck to his garaje.

Hahahaha, shipping would be killer for only one bumper, but a container full of bumpers isn't as expensive to cheap hehehe
