Rough country IFS lift kit

Since this is a pretty affordable lift compared to Skyjacker, etc. I just had a few questions about it. The '93 pickup lift is a 4" block and strut lift. Has anyone used this? How strong are the blocks and are they one solid 4" block or two 2"?
