Lift kit suspension help.

Ok so I have a 1992 toyota pickup 2wd single cab 5 speed.

I dont quite understand suspension but would this give my truck a 3.5 inch lift in the front? It sounds like a dumb question but I dont quite understand suspension. Thank you for your time.

Yes, it says its a 3.5" lift.

It also reccomends new torsion bars, there is a part number on that link, and youll have to get different rims, also listed on that page

Ok sweet thank you. So it's a lift kit or is it just the suspension? or is that what a lift kit is?
