tundra TPS sensor

can somone tell me the specified resistance values for the throttle position sensor on the 2000 tundra. I dont have the book and this is all i need to know. thanks.

Oh thanks for replying, I almost forgot.

Anyway, the manual accord to SF-31, states that for the 2UZ-FE engine (V8), the resistance is 1.25-2.35 kOhms at 20C (or 68 F) in between terminal VC & E2. If you need me to fax over where the measurement needs to be taken off the terminal, pm me with a valid fax number.

Oh almost forgot, if you need the 5VZ-FE (V6), it indicates to add vaccum to throttle opener and measure resistance on terminal for
1) Fully closed - between VTA & E2 - 0.2-5.7 Kohms
2) Fully open - between VTA & E2 - 2.0-10.2 Kohms
3) unknown - between VC & E2 - 2.5-5.9 kohms

Yea i need the resistance range for the throttle position sensor on the V8 i know it must be off i keep getting a CEL for intermediate and high voltage from the TPS. If you can give me the opened, closed, and installed ohm ranges for the V8 id be much indebt thanks a bunch

From what I remember in the manual, no ranges where given as far as position, just the range that you see there of 1.25 - 2.35 kOhms resistance.

I look again tonight, but I think that's all that was in the manual.

Ya I checked it out, that's all it says in the manual, that range.

Need the ohm rating for the 4.7 V8 tps 2000

What is the ohm setting and idle voltage for the 4.7 l V8
2000 Toyota Tundra? Please and thank you. Can't seem to find information on this anywhere
