03 Tacoma Prerunner Coolant System Flush

I know others have asked questions on how to flush your coolant system but this thread is a bit different. I know how to flush my system and how to locate the heater hoses coming out of my firewall but I am having trouble distinguishing which hose travels to my engine block and which to the water pump.

If you are standing in front of the truck, the heater hoses come out of the firewall dead center behind the engine where they fork at a T. Which hose goes to my water pump, the one on the right or left?

To install my inline flush kit I need to know and it is really difficult to tell which goes where. On domestics usually it is quite easy and the hose to water pump has a nice long straight run but on this Yota they travel straight down and I'm having trouble tracing which is which.

Any help is much appreciated!
