wiring diagrams needed

Maybe I can back into it.
Where exactly are these plugs? Left kick panel? By the junction box?
Exactly how many pins/holes are in each?
How many wires and what colors on each side?
If I had that, I could figure the designation of each plug and then get the pin-out from the master manual if we're lucky. Then we can try and find the connections on the diagrams. We only have diagrams for Engine Control so things like lighting and climate control I couldn't do this way. But we can get the motor running.
As I said, it should all be in the TIS, under ""Connector Joining Wire Harness and Wire Harness", either in one place or spread around the chapters.

these two plugs are behind the glove box near the ecm. the two plugs are apart of the engine harness and come into the truck with the plugs that plug directly into the ecm. the tacoma uses two big plugs, one grey one white. on the 97 the white plug is the same as the white on the taco but the grey plug is smaller. i have the taco engine harnss so i can either depinthe grey connector or cut the wires and solder it onto the 97 harness but in order to do either i need the pinouts.

What I can tell you is those are the Engine Wire to Cowl Wire connections and are probably numbered II1 and II2.
I don't see any connections in Engine Control through the II-X plugs--which is good, as the motor will probably start without them connected...which is bad, as I was hoping to find ONE connection on the wire diagram we have to better ID the plug.
So my guess is these connections will be for door locks, 4wd, interior lighting, possibly SRS, and who knows what else. Really need the full EWD to run down all those. You have to take each chapter, look at the plugs shown and see if II2 (or whatever) is used for that system, then find the wires that go through II2 for that system, and then move on to the next chapter, until you have found every wire on your plug. I don't know how else to do it unless you can find someone who has already done it. I could do it for my '99 where I have the full EWD at hand.
