Update...
So I have replaced both front cv shafts with no change in vibration. I recently moved to Portland and took it into a Les Schwabb. They put them on the machine to check the "road force" it was at 32lbs, they then unmounted and spin the tires to drop it down to 22lbs. After a new balance and install the vibration is now gone. Also the previous tire pressure was 40psi and they set it to 35psi. I hope this will help someone out. I am just glad the vibration is finally gone!
