Question Testing Ignition Coils in my '97 3vz-fe 4x4...

I have searched everywhere trying to find which pins on the coil to test. I can find all sorts of threads discussing the, but none explaining which pins on the coil I need to test. It's been a really frustrating experience and any help would be greatly appreciated. I cannot find my Haynes manual anywhere so you guys are my only hope! Thanks in advance for the help...

The manual is for a 1996 Tacoma that has a distributor. Can I assume the resistance readings will be the same being as my 97 doesn't use one?
