i'm assuming it's the typical old style: kinda upside down teardrop shaped black knob with a aluminum top label with the shift pattern, unless it's an SR5/sport knob which it'll be brown or black foam rubber with a plastic top button and metallic dark green background.
i had a 4 speed sport knob, i should've kept it instead of putting it on my 2wd truck before i sold it. it came off my 4x4...'79 and 80 are the only years it would've been available since after that, all loaded trucks had 5 speeds.

I just went to the junk yard and yanker a knob off a corolla. They fit and it was .50
The color matches the interior. At first it seemed a little small, but now I like it.

Here's mine, it might seem kinda cheesey. But it does light up, you can wire it to your parking lights or accesory lights, or anything.
I personally really like the feel and it also looks cool at night.

I'm looking for a knob too...
I'm trying to find one in navy blue with gold naval aviator's wings on it. I've heard that they are available at army/navy PX has anybody seen them anywhere else? Any forces types on here seen them at their local PX?
Thanks Aviator
