Wow! $233 for the O2 sensor...from the stealership I'm guessing?!? Sparkplugs.com (where I purchased mine), has the Denso front sensor for $153.59 and the rear for $81.05.

Part numbers (for my 2002 4runner) are front: 234-9002 and rear: 234-4622.

I know but the mods killed my updated thread asking if the part came with the Gasket or not because there was already a "thread" out there... so..

Does this part come with a Gasket or not? If not, what is the part number for the gasket?

Yes...mine came with the gasket (Denso sensor)
