With a 2" body lift the factory hitch flips without cutting the bumper. And finally a decent place opens up for backup lights where they are protected by the bumper and the hitch and won't break off if backing up into something, like a pile of snow.

Shiping to the "north pole" then i understand your prices but are you saying the bumper is the cause of your tire wearing away?

Turboale once suggested that to me, but I just never got around to doing it.

I've been slowly building up my collection of fabirication tools and I spent some more time today analyzing BruceTS's Bumper. I think I'm going to try doing it. I hate the way the factory hitch is so huge and bulky. Plus, the materials to build an entire bumper cost not too much more than a new hitch with shipping.
I guess this is exactly what I needed to do to get motivated.

rocket, that guy "4runr" likes to make very sarcastic comments, and then have no reply to others replies. he doesnt ever make sense, and what ive seen, hes never contributed to any positive help/talk on the board. and from my eyes, the right front tire looks about the same tread as the rear, and the left rear tire doesnt look like it has lots of tread left, and the front left tire is non-visible. and on top of it, thats a freaking sweet bumper and set of sliders.
