Sorry about the crappy picture, but it's the only one I have at the moment. I got the 194 bulbs from oznium.com. I still have to change the clock and get a radio with blue lighting.

No hot spots at all and VERY bright

I am interested in pics of the amber color. This would be a very cool mod. Green is boring admittedly. And for the life of me, the standard manual type HVAC control light keeps burning out.

could you tell me which vendor you bought the 3-LED #74s from? or even a link? i think i'll replace the ones i bought if they fit. did you also fit one of these in the shifter area? not much clearance there if the 3-LED bulb is wider than the base. also, did the #74 bulbs you bought fit tight in the sockets? i had a a few sockets that the OEM bulbs locked in tight but the LED bulbs were loose and fell out, so i put a little rubber cement on the whole thing to keep them in there.
thank you
patrick

http://www.autolumination.com/74.htm They are the first ones on the page.

No, I didn't use one in the shifter area, I just used two for the climate controls. I didn't try it, but I don't think they would fit.

I had the same problem, and if I remember correctly I did the same thing, I just used a little dab of glue.

My pleasure man... I've gotten so much help off of this forum that it's the least I can do. Any more questions, feel free. I'll try and answer the best I can!

Anyone know what leds in particular I would need for the map/dome/cargo lamps? I wouldn't mind getting some for mine but don't know which one exactly from the superleds.com website. I do have my leds in my gauge and A/C control head. I took the clock apart but you won't be able to put any LEDs in them. Next I'm gonna order some more blue LEDs for my trans temp and oil pressure gauges as soon as I get them put in.

You could check these out: http://www.oznium.com/led-dome

They come with a whole bunch of different connecters:

I *believe* one of those are ours... anyone concur?

No I'm talking about the direct replacement. I do enough wiring and repairs at work. I saw a few on superbrightleds.com site but they are different sizes so I cannot cross reference them from the website itself. Thanks though.

They are direct replacements, I just don't know which bulb style is up in the map/dome/cargo lights. The connectors just plug into the LED square, "bulb" goes directly into normal spot, and you replace the plastic cover.

check out the "more photos" and it shows they are direct replacements
