Do i need to change fluids?

I have a 1991 4runner V6 manual 4wd and it has a little over 200,000. Im wondering if i should change the diff and transfer case fluid, it hasnt been done for at lease 100,000 if at all. So if i do i was thinking about running amsoil, but i dont know what weights to run, how many quarts i will need and what tools and parts i will need to takle this task at home.
Thanks

Yes, definitely change those fluids if it has been that long since they were last changed.

I believe you should use 75-w90 gear oil in the front diff, rear diff, and transfer case. However, check in your owners manual and it will say for sure. The owners manual will also tell you fluid capacities.

All you are going to need is a wrench and some sockets.

Just remember - always open the fill plug first so that you are sure you will be able to refill once you open the drain plug!!!
