Well best off finding one that doesn't need a rebuild. If it does then send it to magnuson, 3-4 years ago it costs me $300 to have it rebuilt. Don't fall for the upsell on rotors or housing unless they are chewed to bits from something getting into the supercharger.

Boost will vary, with meth injection I was seeing ~11psi.
I put down 225whp with the stock pulley at ~5.5psi.. I figure I was around ~275whp+ with the meth injection. I was able to beat a miata with the stock pulley and a lot of extra weight and heat soaked a few years ago.

Not to shabby. If I can find one for a good price like you said ill try to jump on it.
And not trying to be hard headed but I think i will go with headers just for when I do supercharge.

I just got rid of my cat and built an o2 simulator, have not had a problem in 3 years with it. Still passes inspection here since I gutted the stock cat.

Yeah, that's what's nice about Oregon, no inspections required but you can do them if you want to. I've heard of the urd and the empire sims, urd sugar coats the signal and empires sim allows you to completely delete.

I just built my own simulator for $10 at radio shack, works great.

Pretty easy, took me about half an hour or a little longer to make and install I would say.

I used that as the base directions and use one of the radio shack project boxes and circuit board to build the circuit on. Then tapped into the wires under the truck and zip-tied the box out of the way. Has worked great for 3 years now.

Okay so the first diagram shows how the system is already installed and the second diagram is how it will look after I modify it. Thank god I took electrical courses in high school and college.

I think I outlined what I did in another post on here a few years ago that might help.
I still have the sensor in place, everything else is in a box under the truck and it works great with no cat. You can still see the wave pattern but the post CAT O2 sensor peaks are lower thus making it think the cat is still working.

So would I be able to cut out both cats and replace them with pipe if I fabbed in the o2 mount to the pipe? I don't see a reason why not, its the same as hollowing them out

Yeah, I work at a bridge manufacturing facility and we have a cnc plasma. It'd be nothing to program a flange, and weld it on the ends, make it as simple as undoing 6 bolts.
