IF i get to it this weekend, ill certainly post a crude guide as soon as possible.

however it doesnt look like im going to get there...

i might just do it when im installing my lift....

If you are looking for exact measurements you can look at the timing belt replacement guide below. You will skip a majority of the article as it pertains to the pump and timing belt, but there are steps for the three belts like discussed in this post. In the final few steps where the belts are put back on tensions are discussed. I do not have this tool and I eyeball my belts. I make sure there is just a little bit of up and down play in the belt.
