I have a related question.
I'm running the URD fuel upgrade kit with IPT VB upgrade and a trans cooler. What size pulley can I safely/effectively run with this setup? I'm not a drag racer but I like dropping the hammer now and then....

2.2" pulley is a safe bet if you don''t have an EGT gauge, maybe a 2.1 with an EGT gauge. Any higher will require water/methanol injection.

I mentioned the possibility of running a 2.1" pulley as long as you have an EGT gauge, but you would need to keep a close eye on that gauge and back off on the throttle if you get close to catastrophe. It's obviously a better option to get WMI with the 2.1" pulley.
As for the 2.0" pulley, I wouldn't be interested in trying it. It pushes something like 15psi of boost I think and when boost gets that high I would be on the border of wanting to get an intercooler, meaning either turbo or centrifugal supercharger would have to replace the roots one.

Based on Gadget's testing, I think 1450* ought to be the high end.

EGT Gauge
In my dyno testing max power was between 1400-1450 F. Over 1450 the power would drop off indicating a loss of power from to lean of a mixture.
