Good thing your not in one of these states that check those things. I did EGR bypass in my diesel vw it works great no carbon build up in the intake. Only by product is smoke lots of smoke.

Well the pcv hose was cracked. So put a new pcv valve with grommet and hose. Put a pcv with a 90 and used a straight hose. The old pcv was a PITA!

Parts came in from LCE. PAIR and EGR are a thing of the past. Now I just need to figure out which lines to block off.

Got a new tool box. Been looking for awhile on CL. Got it with keys for $70.00. Decent deal I think for the area.
Forgot my tape measure when I bought it and just took the guys word it would fit.
The more I looked I thought it was to big?

The test fit...

After install. Next morning...

I think its time to take the bolts off the lift or whole front end and lock tight everything...
This is what I had to deal with last Thursday night. The bolts grew legs and disappeared from the front diff drop bracket on the drivers side. When I put it in 4wd it snapped the LH CV shaft.

For everyone with lifts. I recommend re-torquing and putting lock tight on all your bolts. Easy to do befire it gets to this.

Also removed the sway bar. I snapped one of the sway bar links. So just left it off. I have new links and bushings but of coarse put them in a spot where I would not forget where they are? Now just can't find them...

Also this weekend I had my muffler welded back up and made a new battery bracket. Then I put my washer reservoir back on. Which I now found out is not working. Need to check for power then check for any blockage.

Thanks man. It rides so smooth and quiet now. The Nitto Mud Grapplers were super loud. Even the ride seems less harsh now.

Nice, I bet it does. I'm suppose to be going to pick up a 92 this Saturday, basically going to rebuild it as well. At the moment it has 35 12.50's on it, I will be going down to 33 12.50 as soon as possible as well though.

EDIT: I like the rims you got as well. Could you take a better full body picture of it? I'd like to see what it looks like as a whole.

The truck or the rims. I have plenty of pic of the truck in my build and profile.

Took these yesterday. The lighting makes it look like I cleaned it up but I did not.
