Got the front pipe bumper all bent and welded up. Used 1 3/4 DOM pipe and a hydraulic pipe bender.
Black paint and mounts will be made and put on shortly. Truck still isnt done yet looking for a DANA 44 Flat Top Knuckle if anyone can find me one on the cheaper side let me know where to find one.

for the shackle angle maybe try to use a full 63" chevy main leaf, from the pics it looks like it would be perfect. and for the flat top knuckles try reid racing, a little pricey when i had them on my nissan(dana 44 SAS), but they are high ductile iran and super tough. plus it comes already machined for the high steer arm. but the build is coming along good, i love the way yotas look on full widths

Updates
Sorry guys its been a busy semester not to much time to post pics but i have some new goodies...
Dana 44 flat top knuckle drilled and tapped for high steer (finally found one at a reasonable price)
Also made some changes to the interior. No more ugly blue to got rid of that and desided to paint the whole interior with that black leather vinyl paint turned out way better than i thought... Was going to swap out interior but decided to give the paint a chance. Recommend it HIGHLY
And here was the old blue to compare the color to.
And ill put them side by side to show how well it turned out. Its all dusty from sitting for a week or too but you can see the nice new black with the old blue door. Can only cost 8 bucks. 3 cans and it covered my whole dash and all interior pieces so if you want to clean your rig up a little for a few bucks its well worth it.

Fabbed up a new rear bumper in my spare time also. Turned out pretty slick. used a 3" pipe and 1/2 plate that i burned out to make this monster. Surprisingly it isnt as heavy as i thought it would be but still heavy ha
Forgot to paint my tail gate haha oppps. But the bumper went on smooth and fits the look of the truck.

Finally got all 4 wheels on tonight and both hubs back in. Had to replace just about every front end part... Ball joints, Wheel bearings, axle seals, U-Joints, Tie rod ends, along with some new rotors and new wheel studs but finally have it rolling on wheels for the 1st time in months

Needs a little face lift yet but plan on putting a new grille, new lights, new corner lights, custom bumper, and those 4 130w kc off road lights from earlier on here tomorrow. Hope to have steering done by tomorrow too...
I have a question tho if anyone could throw a few comments out on this:
1.) is it alright that i didnt cut and move my knuckles back to the stock location. When i adjusted my pinion angle it moved the knuckles forward and there off by about 12 degrees maybe a few more causing my tires to dip in or out when i turn.... Its going to be drove on the street on occasions but want to make sure if it is a must doo or not.
2.) My high steer arms i ordered rubbed my tires cause the boggers were too wide so i made my own set out of 1" stock... I had to weld on an adapter to move the tir rod ends above the leafs and also used 1" stock. Just want to make sure its alright and if that will hold i double and triple fillet welded it i doubt its going anywhere its welded steel to steel not the steel to cast iron knuckle but wanted someones opinion on these 2 things

Had it out of the shop but the 3.Slo has got to go it has no power what so ever. Sooooo..... I went out and picked up a used 2jz with 80k from a local shop
