i agree that it is a BA build but it just reminds me of a pita kid i know that is putting a nova body on pick up running gear and calling it a nova. sorry i have had a crappy week. I do want to know what is still toyota on this tho axels and or t case, because i didn't think they take that kinda torque

Axels are Dana 60 and GM 14 bolt and the T case is a NP205, as stated on the first post.

That one is mine. Its getting an SOA, TBI-350/700R4/NP205, and a set of PRP Daily driver seats.
I also have two more 4runners in the shop. One is my old light blue one in for lockers and bumper reinforcement.
The other is getting a clutch, tranny, dual cases sliders and front and rear bumpers.

Nice FJ62 though, but as I said, I'm strongly against your planned motor swap

NOOOOOOOOOOO please don't condem another Toyota to life with GM GARBAGE under the hood (IMO the single WORST mod you can make to a Toyota)... Better yet get another 4bt for it, just NO GM CRAP, the old 2f is a better motor then that 350... God how I detest all things GM.

I guess you didn't know that the 1F-2F base is a direct copy of a GM straight six motor. Toyota literally reverse engineered it into a metric motor.
The 2F has a whopping 135HP from the factory and weighs 200lbs MORE than the TBI350 that is replacing it. The 350 is one of the most dependable motors on the planet. Love it or hate it, its a better motor IMO.

Yeah, more power, More torque, better gas mileage, lighter, readily available parts, etc. What was I thinking?
