Got my parts in the mail today and went straight to work! Swapped out my steering damper first.. Had some trouble trying to hit out the tie rod looking connector bolt with a hammer for like 10 minutes then decided to torch it and popped right out with no force at all.
My truck really liked to grab ahold of every flaw in the road possible and jerk around so this should help out alot more. I just drove it around the block 30-40 mph and felt really solid. I'll really know how much it helps tomarrow hitting the highways.
Then got onto my 1" body lift I picked up from Sky's Offroad Design online. Good quality body lift imo. Went on relatively easy, pain in the butt tightening everything up with the little amount of room up in there. Got to use the new Hi Lift jack as well! Extra inch gives me clearance now to make full turns as well so no more grinding!! Woo!
Got her up 3 inches now and will most likely be as high as I'll go. More projects soon to come! I'll post a pic of the lift all on tomarrow. Finished up when it was dark out.

Well got her all welding up. Didn't have access to a tube bender so ended up cutting and welding all the corners up and sanded it down flush. Off to the store to get some primer and paint and will be ordering my winch soon. Still need to make a few more braces to hook up to the factory bumper mount but other than that I think it looks great. Any opinions or things I should change?

Winch is in! Picked up a Rugged Ridge 8,500lbs winch. Easy install, wiring was all pretty straight forward. Spent more time trying to mount the control box somewhere because it kept on hitting my grille; ended up just resting it snug next to it until I fab up a mount for it somewhere. All tested and ready for action. To add a stinger or not is the question.. Maybe a smaller one or keep it as it is, decisions decisions.
Thinking paint next? Like dark charcoal grey or something. Also noticed a few straight axles on CL lately; might see if I can get one cheap!

From what I know they're mostly in the later 4runner models, 93-95 with the factory 31" wheels. The gear code on the inside door panel is G144. Can get em fairly cheap in your local picknpull if you happen to cross one.

Well decided instead of getting some LED lights to replace my signals; I ended up doing the corner light mod which only took like 30 minutes to swap everything over and looks pretty good! Quick, easy and free.
Basically just removed the marker lights and drilled the hole out bigger in my corner lights with small cutouts for it to slide into and lock so I didn't have to use epoxy or anything to hold the light in place.
Plugged all in and no more taped/zip tied lights on the bumper!

Thanks man!
Well found a great deal on some SR5 4runner bucket seats! No rips or tears, just a very small cigarette burn and the driver side was stitched up as you can see in the picture but overall they're in amazing shape for being 20 years old. Compared the the old ripped up bench seat WOW, insanely comfortable.
Going to head over to a picknpull next week to grab a center console that I remember seeing a little while ago and maybe I'll get lucky and find some SR5 door panels.

Scored an awesome deal on an 85' front axle, guess what that means... Ordered a rebuild kit, should be in the mail tomorrow! Will start gathering more parts and hopefully will get started on the project within the month!
