1987 toyota 4runner sr5 (1uz swap)
needs timing chain, guides, and the wheels and tires installed. pretty clean for how old it is. runs and drives with 194k miles. found in a field north of town about 10 miles.

i havent moved it yet and no ones said anything so i guess im ok. some things ive noticed/need:
1. a whole new interior. i dont like the red.
2. rear window rolled down but will not roll up. my current daily did the same thing and the only way i can make it work now is if the microswitch on the back is pulled back. i tried it on this one and it didnt work. something else must be wrong.
3. manual hubs. came with auto locking hubs.
4. another skys chevy rear conversion kit
5. skys sfa kit

check to make sure the rear wiper is all the way seated up, (maybe thats the microswitch deal you mentioned??)
Run the autos until you have it running and driving as well as the sfa breski!!
Total bonus on the find!!

last night i got a storage unit here in town to work on it, and started tearing into the engine. after dealing with the 102 degree weather i shut down after i got the intake off. tomorrow morning ill go at it again when its cooler. unfortunately i have no outlets or lights in the unit so ill be working with the sun.

no fan but its always windy here in southwest kansas. really my only gripe about the unit is there is no power. i did get some impact wrenches on ebay so that should speed the process up.
