starter fluid is the most fun but sometimes you melt your eyebrows...don't ask.
A ratchet strap works good...
I have popped a couple of beads just to see how my new toy works...

Come on over, I mean, I blew the HG in my car the same day I bumped into a curb and removed my tire from the rim. Let's see if it'll work.
