24v cummins 2nd gen runner drivetrain questions????
Hey guys I'm planning on swapping a 24v cummins out of my 1998.5 ram 2500 into my 94' runner. I'm looking at drivetrain options my plan is an Allison tranny an atlas II t-case and bulletproofing the danna 60 in the front and 70 in rear off the ram. For the drive shafts I'm using PTO style shafts used on demolition derby truck. Does anyone have a better setup i should look at? The cummins is producing around 800hp and 1000 lbs of tq. also I plan on running 41" IROK's or bigger tires.I want to keep the gearing where I can still keep in at highway speeds but still get nasty offroad. Any suggestions would be great thanks?
