http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5QbtmfMPysc
Sorry bout that french. We are saying...
-Is that powerfull Dave?
-Not realy. Its a car engine with traction control. When the wheels spin, the engine die.

Something like that lol

There is a few more video under my name on youtube. Check them out. Some vids are my buddy yota powered by a 1.9 TDI. That thing is cool to. The wissssle from the turbo is nice lol.

He also have more vids of my yota. Lets ask him to post some on youtube. He will read these's lines for sure. Hehhe.

Peace!
Dave

I finaly got it aligned. The truck was realy weird since the instalation of the ball joint spacers. It feels way better now.

Oh yeah. I got a better gaz/milage since the sub02's instalation. I was doing +/- 220kms a tank and I did 260 with 1/8 left and that was 75% city drive.

That seems terrrible, on both accounts

220km = 137 miles
260km = 161 miles

gearing / tire size throughing your Odometer off?....I hope!

Yes, speedo is off. Im supposed to run on 31's and i roll 33's. Not a big difference but it does affect the speedo. Also, my right foot is playing on me. That dosent help either. To be honest, I think the 3.0 was better on gaz.

Ohh and the rear o2 on my 4runner and the maroon one .. we get no check engine light because of them .. i hooked up a scanner and drove the maroon one and it shows the front ones and what their doing but nothing on the rear ones .. the ecu stays in closed loop during idle and while cruising but goes into open when we floor it .. and back to closed when cruising again..

maybe the year of the ecus i guess ..

My check engine is fixed RMA. Could have burned cause it was on for a while but nope, it turns on before starting.
Yes, maybe the years of or ecu. Me and James, we both have Canadian models but I don't think this will make any difference.

lol Toy2k.
Looks like you made your research. Hehe.
And RMA, you're dead on with vérifier le moteur lol

In my 300zx owners manual, they call it "Témoin du dipositif antipollution"
Its oblivious they are talking about pollution. If i put that in english: "Anti-pollution witness light"
That means...
-They went wrong during the translation
or
-Check engine will turn on when the pollution system is wrong.
That should make sens. O2's, egr, Maf...
And RMA, I think your ecu can store codes without triggering a CE. If you run them the old school way(Jumping pins), maybe you'll see some codes...
I don't know.

Questions about the clutch:

What clutch fork did you use? Any mods to the slave cylinder, etc?

I'm doing a MT swap similar to yours and I'm having some issues along the way.

Im using the same clutch fork/pivot ball from the r150. I only used 2-3, maybe 4 washer behind the pivot ball to have the release bearing closer to the clutch. Same clutch, same slave. The bell housing i bought had a ridiculously too long mounting point. I had to cut it about an inch to have the slave aligned with the fork.

The 1uz is realy cool just so you know. But, a 3.4 is not wrong in case its your plan "A" or "B".

Lol!! Are you taking a stab at me? Hahaha. More like not as fast as a 300zx TT

Nice numbers Dave. The 3.0 would of been around 20 seconds for sure!
