Hey Calipatient, I was looking for a build fourm on your runner. How much, any of a body lift are you running with the supercharger.
The problem with the truck ones is the piller trim is different then the runners and I hope you get one that fits right and isn't jus a relabled truck one.

My build is here:

But there are many others I would read first. This is my first engine swap so I ran into a lot of mistakes and problems. Feel free to ask any questions... I'll answer what I can.
I received my pod a couple weeks ago after a 6 month wait and it fits perfect.

Now I have to pull my crossover out because it cracked where the pipes meet. I didnt use the flex joint in the middle and now have to fix it. Grr! Live and learn I guess!

Just to add my voice to the mix: truckpillars.com is me. I wish I had more pillar choices for the 90-95 trucks and 4Runners, but the demand for these is less than for the 84-89 pillars. Making a new mold and new initial production run is an expensive proposition...and based on the sales of the 84-89 pillars, most people still want the triple pillar, even when a double is available.

And I agree, $80 is a lot of money for a piece of plastic, but given the small production runs that's the best price I can do on these. FWIW, I haven't raised my prices in several years, despite multiple increases in postal rates.

So...I hear you, and if you found a cheaper solution that works for you, more power to you. For what I sell, I think the current prices and selection for the 90-95 trucks and 4Runners are the best I can do.

Jeff

I completely understand your reasons. $80 isn't too bad... just more than I can afford right now. If I had extra money it would be purchasing the 7th injector kit and afr gauge. Then I might have the reason to have the pod!

Here's a few pictures of the single pod I waited 6 months for...

Looks nice, I'm debating where to put my two gauges, don't wanna lose the grab handle if i put the double gauge pillar mount. currently i only have an innovate AFR but I'm looking for one of those trd boost gauges, preferably in black to match my AFR gauge. Cant seem to find them being that they are discontinued. If someone has one new or used please PM me
Thanks

I like the mickey mouse style pod gauge mounted on the steering wheel idea.
