A little background info. I rewired my 96 ecm from auto to manual. I got the swap running but I am getting the p0100 code. So i checked to make sure I was getting 5v at pin 1. I am not. I am getting 5v at pin 2 or 3 or 4. i dont remember which one. Would be an indicator that i have the maf pins mixed up at the ecm?

The signal you need 5v on is VC not sure where it is on the connector pin 1 or 4 but definately not 2 or 3

There is a snap shot of my ewd. Would +b need the 5v?

B+ (W-L) is the 12v lead from the EFI relay.

The document shows the wiring configuration for the pins. Just match it to your ECM. I am not sure what ECM your are running or I would help you out.

It says that
1= B+
2= F8 (auto), B2 (manual)
3= F7 (auto), B10 (manual)
4= ground
5=F18 (auto), B8(manual)

use a meter and check for continuity for those pins on your MAF to he pin on your ECM

Okay I'm about to test for continuity. I bought a new maf and that didnt help. I'm thinking I have it wired incorrectly. I am alos getting a p0505 code which is the IAC. I havent hooked up my 02 sensors yet and it is not throwing codes for those.

I had that issue too but it turned out to be the C plug itself. It was moving around enough to kill the engine and throw the MAF code. Sometime it would throw the Coolant temp as well. I end up just taping some elec. tape to the side of the connector so it would be more snug. NO more problems.

Okay I will try jiggling the plugs anthony. I have continuity in my wires and they are wired correctly. I'm thinking it is my iacv. I'm going to clean that tomorrow.

Clear the code first...or disconnect the 12v for a little bit.
