This page has helped a lot. One question. Should my crossover be near or touching the heads? Fabbbed mine and on the right side it seems to be directly against the back of the engine

Did you need to use parts from the 3.0 crossover to modify the 3.4 crossover?

I made a video following your instructions!

Hey this thread was awesome, it saved me so much money, and I wanted to add more content to it.

I filmed my process modifying the crossover pipe, and I noticed there isn't much videos on youtube showcasing the actual DIY process.

Here's my video

This is my first time doing anything like this (welding, posting to forums, doing an engine swap, etc..) so I appreciate any tips abt the swap, welding, anything.

I enjoy watching and reading everything about this 3.4 swap before I actually do it, so I figured maybe other people would appreciate a video.

Also will the VHT ceramic coating will protect the heads enough from the heat? or if I should buy a heat blanket like I added in my video? I feel like everyone has different opinions when it comes to this so I'm not sure what is best.
