Happy New Year!! I hope this is the Year i finally get my swap going...
Doug Thorley headers run around $600 so I'd guessn they will be over that price... Hopefully under a grand. Custom stuff not cheep... :-( I'd love to have a ball-park figure to try and work into the budget thought...
His web site says he is off until today (MESSAGE : Dec 21st - Jan 3rd , we are on Holidays , and wont be answering emails untill we're back )

hey guys .. sorry for my delay in my reply , I was on holidays .. anyway .. headers are on going , and hope to a have the first (prototype) set installed on an install in FEB we're doing . hope to have toyotanicks , and afergs done shortly after ..
still having some issues with bends .. so still not positive this is a "for sure"
if all goes well .. we're hoping to bring to market for ~ $500.00 for the regular black temp coated , and ~$700.00 for the cramic coated
.

One thought on the connecting pipe (from crossover to the cat)
On the 4Runners, the connecting pipe is welded to the cat, as seen here #4:
On the Tacomas, there is a pipe from the crossover to the cat that is BOLTED at both ends, as seen here #3 (pipe) and #4 (cat):
In order to use the pipe you are showing, Slacker, your customer will need a Tacoma catalytic converter. Or, exhaust work. Those of us with 4Runner setups (Both my 3.4 swaps use stock 3.4 downpipes and cats from 96-2000 4Runners) cannot simply bolt it together.
Just something to consider

nope .. headers will bolt to the "double flange" header pipe # 4 and #3 in your pics tacoma or 4runner . Tis , in my opinion , it the only way to make it last . welding pipes into pipes is NOT a great idea (IMOP) ..for longevity , pipes need to be in there own flange ..
this is the plan .. but still need to check for clearances and such .
because swaps are "different" though , depending on install .. you may need to modify your height on that pipe
in the original pics , this is a doug thorly header ... were going to do our own .
our "mock up" block is here on Monday .. so .. building will start soon
