Power mirror problem

Hi guys. I am having a problem with my drivers side mirror. When I try to adjust it, it just skips back. Has anybody else had this problem? I was looking at it but can't seem to figure out how to get inside to check out what is happening. It almost seems like something has stripped out inside . Anyone know how to get inside or what might be happening in there?

Do a search with my username and input the word mirror in your search field.
I just had this happed to me.

The search button is mighty powerful here

The bottom screw by the way will let you gain access (disassemble) to put it back on track, but there is other info in my post as well.
