Wiring problems or bad ground?

I have a 92 4runner the fuse for the dome light keeps blowing and with it I lose my highbeams, dash clock, radio and of course interior lights..Heres a little more info when I go to put new fuse in with door shut and nothing on the is a draw you can see quite a strong arc as you put the fuse in sometimes the fuse blows as you do this and sometimes after a minute or so Also wondering if anyone knows where to find detailed wiring diagrams online?

I looked into the dome light circuit a while ago, and you are right, it controls a lot of things. Sounds like you have some kind of wire that is stripped and connecting to ground before all the applications maybe. Or, I know a lot of these things are connected through the integration relay under the driver's side kick panel. Might be worth checking out. I have a pdf with wiring diagrams for a 95 4runner, and if you want I can send it to you on email (2.4 Mb).
