CMP/VVT sensor wire harness replacement

Hello. Recently i had the misfortune of having a rat chew through some wires under my hood. They chewed through the wire coming off of the left bank CMP/VVT sensor going to I believe the ECM. Any one know if you can replace just part of the engine wire harness or do I have to replace the whole thing? My guess is there should be a splice point somewhere. I searched the forums and web and havent found much to help out. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Almost 100 views with not a single suggestion. Did I post this in the wrong spot or something? Hello! Is there anybody out there?
