1991 V6 4runner No electrical power
Ok... This is what is going on. I have a 91 4runner that i just put a new motor in it. It started great drove it around the block brought it home turned it off.... The next morning it did not start thought the battery was dead. Took the battery to autozone they checked it said it needed a charge. I left it there for a deep cycle charge over night. I picked it up the next morning put it in the toyota and when i put the key in all the lights and fans come on and turn the ignition and nothing. All lights die, no fan no nothing..... I leave it for 15 mins i put the key in and there is power, turn it and all dash lights come on and then i turn it to start and boom.... no power no lights no nothing...
Any ideas?

fuses, and connectors
try looking at the efi fuse under the hood. Also you may have a loose connection under the passender side kick panel. IH1 & IH2, also the three grey connectors on the ECU.
You may also have the same problem I have. No power to pins 12 & 13 of the ECU.
Could also be any number of relays. Be prepared to chase signals and power.
