1980 sr5 tach issues
Hey guys I have a 1980 Totoya pickup dlx. I bought a sr5 cluster from a junk yard to swap into my truck. When ignition is turned on the tach jumps up to 2.5k and stays there whether running or not. I wired up signal from the ignitor where you are supposed to grab signal and pinned it into the correct pin on the cluster but no difference. So I dove into the cluster to see if anything was wrong and found a burnt resistor on the circuit board, as seen in the pictures. If anyone has a picture of the board on their tach I need to see what band color pattern the resistor is (or the resistor value) so I can solder in a new one. Thank you!
You can see the burnt resistor onbetween the green and blue capacitors

If you go from a non tack to a tack cluster on the early 80s you need to repin the connectors. There is a write up on here where the guy walks you through the repin. I used his write up
