Question Weber 32/36 w/ electric choke

Okay, so I have two Weber 32/36 carbs, (NEW) Electric and (USED) Manual choke.
The question I have is can I take the manual choke off and put it on the electric one? Logicly it should work from at least the pictures Ive seen seems like the choke is just part of the carb like a pump on an engine, I should be able to just swap them, Right?

I have looked everywhere I can think and have yet to find an answer.
