I understand being busy, but this is plain stupid. I think it took way too long and the lack of communication is unacceptable.
I will be looking for someone else to rebuild mine.

Now for the whole story. I shopped around on the internet looking for a blower rebuilder, did my research and decided to give PSE a go. And yes I did read the review from here. I should of listened. I called PSE and I talked to Ed, asked some questions, one of them being how long for the turnaround he said TWO WEEKS. I drove down to Edmund to PSE and dropped off my s/c on Friday February 10,2012. Mt. Goat met me there and we talked to Ed the owner of PSE, Ed looked at it said yep its rebuildable give me 4 days to tear it down and I will call you. I'm thinking great this is gonna be quick....So I pay $775 for the rebuild $75 for the vacuum actuator $25 for shipping plus tax comes to like $950 or so. So the next week nothing at all. I called on the following Monday 2/20/12 and got a recording stating that they were very busy would not be taking any more orders and existing customers could email him and he would respond accordingly. Wednesday 2/22/12 I called again and this time got a hold of Ed he said they were extremely busy and would email me when ready. Now I'm thinking I paid damn near a grand to this guy and no apology for the delay or the lack of communication. So on Saturday 3/3/12 Ed calls me around 1700 and tells me this The tags on the TRD units all got removed. and starts asking me about my blower like what condition it was in so on and so forth. So he has no clue on who's who or whats what.He could not recall if I mailed it to him or dropped it off. So I give as much detail as I can and ask how much longer. Ed says 2 weeks. On 3/7/12 at 2230 I get an email stating its done am i picking it up or is he shipping it. On Wednesday morning I email him back ship it I paid for it right. But I remembered seeing on his website that there is free ground shipping in Oklahoma. I email him back asking about it he says it is only for GM blowers not anything else. By this point I'm an unhappy customer and just want my damn blower back. Anyhow that was Thursday morning and then on Monday I call and ask for a tracking number. Ed states that it should have been in the email, I told him it wasn't and said that he would resend it, it never came. In the end he never apologized for the delay or the lack of communication. This is not someone I will go back to. In the future I will use Embree machine. I hope this helps and I will post this over in the vendor review section later.

I just called them today, and i'm not super impressed. Three week wait, buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut!!!!! I could pay $100 for every week they are out for a faster turnaround. I have left messages at High speed lab/embree, Stiegemeir and John bond performance. So far only PSE has responded.

The high speed lab would be my first choice and their response to my email was overnight. Just my 2 cents though.
